Students must update their personal/demographic information electronically via my.AlfredState.edu/registration. This can be done by logging into the portal and selecting "Personal Information". If the data reflected is accurate, updates need not be submitted. Only inaccurate information should be updated. Information that students should check includes mailing address, telephone number, emergency contact information, and marital status. Students who wish to change their legal name or correct their social security number must present legal documentation to the Student Records and Financial Services Office. Students can add a preferred name by completing the "Preferred First Name Change Request" form available at my.AlfredState.edu/forms.
